[Nfb-editors] Convention Time&Place for NewsletterPublication committee Meeting

	Hey all,
I know I don't post to this list, but I do read most of the emails that come
through on the list, as I'm going to be starting a newsletter for the State
of Delaware.  The Delaware NFB has tried to get a newsletter off the ground,
but had to be put on hold due to more important issues.  I will be attending
the meeting, and am looking forweard to meeting all that attend as well as
learn how I can effectively write a newsletter.
