[Nfb-editors] Massachusetts uses Twitter, the NFB-Voice

I could not find that Massachusetts has a traditional "newsletter." However
they are making use of the NFB's Twitter account- NFB-voice. The member, who
is signed-on, receives real-time, short shots of information. Below, I have
pasted in what those "Tweets" read. 

This is one of the new methods for keeping informed. The questions then are
(not all inclusive): Is it enough, if it is the only option of choice? What
is the pros and cons of this method? Methods of publication do change with
the times, and so are we taking good advantage of new options? What other
questions are there?
