I believe that the U.S. Department of Justice has tightened up the criteria
for defining a service animal so only the guide horses (in addition to guide
dogs) would qualify.

Marion, there is somewhat of a problem of defining a service animal. 
I've read articles in which a small horse, parrot, monkey, etc. can be
legally be called a service animal. Otherwise your article is great. Jim
