I assume you mean mailing labels, and for S & S, we do it by using
Microsoft Word with the label creator. My lay-out editor actually finds
Corel Word Perfect works better with JAWS, though it depends on what
version of JAWS you have. You can save your addresses in a Word doc, so
you don't have to write then in each time or individually.

With email, Robert does it, and I'm not sure how he does it, but when I
was emailing the magazine, I had a group distribution list in MS
Outlook.
