hi all.
We collected 80 dollars at the last meeting.
I did more checking into renting  a van.
All places require a 200 dollar deposit.
This is in addition to renting a van.
Every place will charge for two days because they aren't open on sundays.
Zippies is the cheapest.  However, they only have very small SUVS. 
Interprise would be our next choice.  They could rent us a 15 passenger van.
But they don't take cash.
Either way, we will need to put it on a credit card.
We also would have to make sure that the gas is put in to the vvan where we 
got it.
There is also the cost of insurence on the van.
The reason why we need a bigger van, is there has to be room for 8 people 
and two dogs.  Since joe wasn't able to be at the meeting, he might want to 
go, and the same for dora.  That would make it ten people and three dogs.
I also believe that if people have expressed an interest in going then they 
should go, and not opt to stay home.
So I give you all of this information, so we can make a decision.
We need to decide whether this is worth it, and if we are able to do more 
money.
The other option is to return everyone's money at the may 19th meeting.
