I think if the advertisement has been placed in the Greeley Tribune and we
have already paid for the park, than we are comited to having it.
Unfortunately, this may hurt participation of people from Denver though.

There is a national protest of subminimum wage  vgoing on the day of the
picnic.

so do we want to participate in the protest, and move the picnic, or just go
ahead and have it?
