Good Afternoon,

We have some firm deadlines in place regarding state convention
pre-registration and hotel reservations.
The hotel's deadline to reserve a room in our block is Thursday 10/16.
After the 16th you will be reserving a room at the hotel's going rate.

The last day to pre-register for state convention is Friday 10/17; end of
business day.
The prices will then be increased by $5 for registration and $5 for each
meal.
If you are participating in the entire convention, you can save $20 by
pre-registering.
