Looks good.  I would add something like all are invited.  This way people won’t think that you have to be blind to particepate.  I don’t know how to word it though.  We also still have our paypal account.  Just my two cents.

Hi All,

I have made revissions to the flyer-so please look over and let me know if any of you have any changes.

Also, please note we were unable to reserve the library unt 1:00 so I have changed the time of the luncheon from 1:00 to 3:00. Please let me know if any of you think this will be a problem.
