[Nfb-greeley] Picnic logistics

Hi everybody,
I am getting excited for the picnic! I just wanted to send out a message before tomorrow with some logistical stuff.
Here is what I have in the minutes and from email since about what everyone is bringing. Dora is going to bring utensils, plates, and napkins.
Razz is going to bring you chips.
JJ and Melissa are going to bring dessert. (Yes, Cody, this means brownies.) :-) 
Bill volunteered to bring a fruit or veggie platter.
Cody will pick up the chicken. I think I got all of this correct, please respond if there is something different.
Regarding outdoor activities. Maureen and Jessica are going to come with a yoga instructor. They would like to start at noon, so they can get back to Colorado Springs right afterward. They have also asked if people could bring beach towels or blankets, as outdoor yoga is preferably done on these, though they themselves will bring some mats. Unfortunately, Becca from ARO is not going to be able to make it.
This morning, I invited Really Evans Transit to the picnic, and they were all very excited. Hopefully we will have some bus drivers there. :-)
Cody, should I get the minutes out so we can vote tomorrow? I can't remember what we had decided regarding that, though I know that we need to vote on the May and July minutes.
This is all I can think of for now regarding the picnic. Anybody else? If not, I will see you all tomorrow!
