We have 18 days to notify our guests, this should be plenty of time.

 

I vote for having the luncheon at the church.

 

It will be a bigger space. It will also include; kitchen, table and chairs. It’s free with no strings attached.

Yes, We can take a vote via email. If everyone could please respond ASAP that would be great.

I’ll start by voting in favor of having it at  the church. I think the location suits our needs better as the room we have at the library is the smaller room thus we would not have the kitchen. As for the flyer it asks for RSVP’s thus people should no to RSVP and we can tell them the change in location. Of course we can also update the flyer for future distribution if need be.

Should we take a vote?
If the flyer already says Centennial, it is a lot of work to let everyone 
know the place has been changed.
I would be upset to get to the library and see the location was changed.
