My opinion is that we keep the library.  Yet then we see how many people we have and then decide.  We have the rooms reserved.  This way we won't have this huge room.   that is my vote and my opinion.

As for the flyer it asks for RSVP's thus people should no to RSVP and we can tell them the change in location. Of course we can also update the flyer for future distribution if need be.
