They are more expensive than Smart Rides...Smart Rides costs $4 for a pick up.

  Hi Everyone,

I was driving around town the other day, and I saw a van for Heart & Soul Paratransit company (http://heartandsoulparatransit.com/). I was intrigued so I checked out their website and gave them a call. Here is what I found out:

-- They cover both Larimer and a lot of Weld county including Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley
-- They are willing to drive in between those locations (not sure I know any other company willing to do that)
-- They drive mostly seniors and people with disabilities, but they will drive pretty much anyone. The gentleman I talked to described them as less taxi service, more high end transportation since they prefer to focus on good customer service, highly trained drivers, etc.
-- They prefer people to schedule at least 24 to 48 hours in advance, but they can do emergencies as well. Also you can schedule much further in advance if you prefer.
-- Cost for the service is a $10 pick-up fee plus $2.50/mile after that.
-- They just started the business around Nov. 2016.
-- I forgot to ask what their hours of operation are.

Just wanted to let everyone know of this option. I'm interested to hear if anyone has had any experience with them or knows anything more.

  Becky
