[Nfb-greeley] Community Fest/Bingo

Hello Everyone,

I hope everyone is having a great weekend. I wanted to let you guys know
that I made the booth reservation with UNC for the Community fest on Sat
September 23rd. Also, after doing some research, I learned that we are
allowed to host a bingo event here in Greeley, as long as we do not have an
entrance fee or charge for games. We would obviously not make any revenue
this way, but it would be a fun way to interact with the community here in
Greeley. 

Another option is having an organization that has a bingo license host a
bingo event for us. I spoke with the representative of the Ft. Collins Lions
Club organization, and she said this could be a possibility. We would just
have to determine what kind of event we had in mind, and see how it would
benefit both organizations.

Let me know what you guys think and how we want to proceed. For the mean
time, I will not be available for the upcoming two weeks. With this said, I
think we should plan for our booth at the community fest. So far, I think we
could try and sell some treats(maybe brownies/rice krispies), at a low cost,
as well as have a contact sheet we could have for people to give us their
contact info should they want more updates from us regarding future
events/fundraisers etc.

Feel free to share any ideas that we can discuss more at a later time.
