Melissa,

Have you spoken to Melissa? Cody told me from the beginning we were having it on the 25th,  As well as this last time during the conference call, he told JJ to make the reservation for the 25th. I don’t have a preference with either date, I just want to make sure we don’t run into a problem with the Rec Center. Please let me know your thoughts.

That is different that what she asked me.  but if you guys want to change it to the 25th.  please let me know and I can change it with the restaurant, and also let sports and rec people know.  It might be better for them to get people to come up.  But I will do what the chapter thinks is best.  I was also going by the fact that we have our meetings on the third Saturday.

We have a place in old Chicago's for the meeting in march.

On the 18th from noon to three.  It is under my name, it’s the Melissa green party.  So we should advertise this, and get a lot of people there.
