Okay, just to clarify.  You have already paid for your card.  By re-embursed the chapter.  So if you want to sell your card for what you bought it for, and repay yourself, or just use it yourself fine.  If you reload it, we still get money.  So lets say, Diane takes her 50.00 dollar card, and keeps it for herself, and then reload it for an amou! more than 50.00.  The chapter gets 5 percent.  If  the bought a bunch of cards that were 10.00 gift cards.  Then we would sell each card 10.00 dollars, and tell the person that they can re-load the card for more that 10.00.  When the load more money on it, the fhapter gets money.  Hope this helps.  I haven't seen any one saying no to us not %doing.  So I will send the form in this evening.  Then will need go to the stor and pick them up before the on saturday.
