Melissa, our 2021 Braille Across America Virtual Challenge Team is doing an incredible job spreading the word across the country while raising vital funds for NBP's braille literacy programs with twenty-four states represented and there's still time for you to join the team!

Everyone is welcome to join individually or put together their own team of family, friends or colleagues to get moving this spring and support National Braille Press and Braille Literacy! Whether you complete the challenge by getting out in your neighborhood or on a trail, or by using a treadmill or stationary bike inside, team members will receive perks like a finisher’s medal, a challenge t-shirt, NBP swag, and will have the opportunity to win more prizes and awards over the course of the challenge.

Each team member will raise $262 and complete the distance of a Marathon over the course of a month – between NBP’s birthday on March 17th and April 19th, Marathon Monday in Boston – collaboratively logging enough miles to virtually run, walk, bike and roll coast to coast while raising vital funds needed to continue NBP’s Braille Literacy programs for blind children and adults.
