<DIV><FONT size=5 face=Arial>Due to the blowing snow and continuation of such
throughout the day, I am going to stay put today.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=5 face=Arial>Here is my food safety report:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=5 face=Arial>We are able to make the candy bars and sell them at
our Vision Faire, and to our friends and family.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=5 face=Arial>HOWEVER,</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=5 face=Arial>The Weld County Food Inspector and Health
Department have given us guidelines that need to be followed.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=5 face=Arial>I can go over them at our next meeting or when and
if we decide to make the candy bars.</FONT></DIV>

my education regarding food safety, and to pass along the information I
