<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>I wanted to give you an update.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>As we discussed at the meeting, we would like to
put on a luncion in the spring.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Been doing some calling around. Lots of places are
book in may and april 26th is not looking promising.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>the fees were outragious.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>they went from 150.00 to 1000 plus a deposit
of 100 to 350 dollars.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>after getting a run around and quoted those fees
and leaving messages.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>I called the greeley visetors bureau.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>She is sending me a huge and detailed list of
places.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>This list will include information, such as room
sizes, and if you can bring food in or not, and charge or no
charge.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> <FONT size=2 face=Arial>she also informed me that the bureau can help
us in many ways. If that is the case, and it works out. May be I
will be up for discussing having the state convention in greeley again.
