<div><font face="Arial" size="2">As we discussed at the meeting, we would like to
put on a luncion in the spring.</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2">Been doing some calling around. Lots of places are
book in may and april 26th is not looking promising.</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2">the fees were outragious.</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2">they went from 150.00 to 1000 plus a deposit
of 100 to 350 dollars.</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2">after getting a run around and quoted those fees
and leaving messages.</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2">I called the greeley visetors bureau.</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2">She is sending me a huge and detailed list of
places.</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2">This list will include information, such as room
sizes, and if you can bring food in or not, and charge or no
charge.</font></div>

us in many ways. If that is the case, and it works out. May be I
will be up for discussing having the state convention in greeley again.
