I’m going to put this reply out on the list in case this happens to anyone else. You will want to call accounting to get this corrected as the division doesn’t have access to see the transactions at this time. If they can refund it on their end without an authorization from

me and the division president, that’s fine, but they should also know how to contact us if we need to go the authorization route to get it taken care of for you. Since it does go through the organization’s payment processor, we’ll need to go the accounting route first. Thanks for letting us know, and feel free to reach out if we need to assist further!

Well I paid my division dues but while the amount was processing it appears the field box for an additional amount was filled in for an additional fee of $25.00 for a total amount of $30.00. Then I received a Transaction Email Confirmation From NFB Receipt Total Amount $30.00. I didnt fill out any other field except for my personal info, credit card info, division box checked only for 5.00 & total stated $5.00 before clicking on the contribution button to process my payment. So now I guess I need to call NFB on Monday to get this Transaction corrected. Unless the NFB Amateur Radio  Division can correct the transaction. Dues each year are $5.00.

We can take dues at the annual business meeting at convention as well, but it would help expedite the process if people could pay ahead of time if possible. People can also mail a check to the national office and put Amateur Radio Division dues in the memo. If you do that, please include a note with the check with name, address, phone number, and email address so we can closely match the online form. 

I should be receiving a report showing our current members soon and hope to have that available at convention if anyone has any questions about their membership status.

As a reminder, the treasury of the Amateur Radio division is held by the national organization along with several other smaller divisions.
