[NFB-Hams] Ham Meeting At Convention

Hello, it is my understanding that the amateur radio Group is just that a group it is no longer a division. I think this was done as a part of the real organization of divisions sometime ago.

However that being said if you are bringing a handheld to convention and you are ambassador, I would certainly would like to know that. Just in case there are issues such as lost deaf blind person at convention? This is particularly of some concern if the person is in one of the overflow hotels.

Just told that everyone is aware I am of course licensed but I'm also the president of the blind division, this is why I'm asking this question.

Finally I think that the reasons listed above is probably why it wasn't included and convention planning this year. But if someone wants to work it out with the national office to hold such a brief meeting certainly let me know.
