FYI the morning meeting had now been added back to the agenda:

 

*7:15 - 8:00 a.m. Amateur Radio Division-Emergency Preparedness

Salon 8

Discuss convention frequencies, hotel architectural features, and
distribution of special FM receivers for our hard-of-hearing and
Spanish-speaking attendees.

Hello listers,

Why are we not having our usual ham meeting at 7:30 am on Wednesday July 3,
2024?

 

We did not have such a meeting last year either.

 

We usually have one of these to discuss emergency frequencies and facilities
around the hotel.

 

We also usually discuss the receivers that we give to deaf blind and Spanish
speakers for $40.

 

This was not listed in last year's agenda not in this years agenda as well.
