First, if you received an email after you sent your payment, then you should be fine. I do not see payments as they come in since the national organization is responsible for that form and is collecting the funds and earmarking them in the treasury for us. I will reach out to fiscal services and get a list of those paid so far so I can see where things stand. In the meantime,, please do not send additional payments unless I advise you we don't get the first one. Please reach out if there are any questions. I just realized recently I wasn't on this list and should be, so here I am.
There have been questions about where to send division dues with the meeting
coming up next Thursday at 1PM eastern during national convention. The link
is the same as last year. You can go pay division dues now at

Financial services tells me this form is now live all year round, so even if
you don't get your dues in by our business meeting, you can due it any time,
but I would encourage you to get them in sooner rather than later. As the
time gets closer, I should be receiving our latest financial report as well
as our division membership list. If you have any questions about the
dues/donation form, please let me know. Thank you, and I look forward to
