Trekker Breeze Picture
Many people and agencies have eagerly awaited this easy and intuitive,
all-in-one hand size GPS system. It is also the most affordable GPS tool
specially designed for the needs of users who are blind. The Trekker Breeze
provides talking GPS directions that help you know where you are, where you
are going, and what is around you. As you travel on foot or otherwise, you
receive audible information such as street names, intersections and
reference landmarks. It will also memorize and guide you through a route
every time you need it, after you have done it one time on your own or with
sighted help.

We regularly keep Trekker Breeze in stock, and can fill personal or agency
orders quickly. (Note: Our territory for Trekker Breeze is Washington,
Oregon, Montana, and Idaho).

The Victor Reader Stream is a digital Talking Book player that plays digital
books from your State's Talking Book Library, Bookshare, RFB&D, Audible.com,
and other sources. It will also play MP3's so you can enjoy your favorite
music in stereo. The Stream weighs about 5 ounces and is the size of an old
transistor radio. It will play for 15 hours on a charge.

When you order a Stream from us, we do several things to provide a great
package that is easy to use. The Stream requires an SD card to run. We offer
Streams bundled with 2, 4, 8, or 16GB SD Cards, or with no card if that is
your preference. If you order with an SD Card, we load the card with some
practice materials and music, and the Stream audio tutorial. We set the
Stream so that the first time you turn it on, it comes up at the beginning
of the tutorial.

This is also a product we regularly keep in stock and can ship right away.
New Victor Reader Streams purchased from BlinkSOFT and our online store, I
Can See My PC, are up-to-date with new Version 3 software. Version 3 is also
a free download for all existing Stream customers.

rylcAMQaI17_3ZmNgWFmwA9KFc=> Plextalk Pocket
We are excited to bring this new product on board, and watch it grow. This
is a small but mighty gadget, somewhat akin to the Stream above, but it is
currently a stronger digital recorder than a book player. The Pocket is for
people with some technical skill who want to do a lot of recording. It can
record anything from short memos while you are on-the-go, to school
lectures, to music or other audio situations where you want to meticulously
set all the recording levels. You can record in Daisy so that you can
structure your material, MP3 for music, and several other formats. Two
features we think are especially useful are that you can record spoken
titles for your recordings, so that when you review them you know what each
recording is before you start it. Also, as you are attending a lecture live
at school, as the teacher is speaking you can press a key to mark the main
points being made. Then later, when you review the lecture, you can use the
same key to jump from point to point through the lecture. It's a true way to
take notes without writing.

Today, the PlexTalk Pocket plays Daisy books (generally from Bookshare) that
are in either audio or text format. It can also play MP3 and Wave files, and
can use synthetic speech to read files in either Text or HTML.

We expect that the Pocket will be able to play Talking Books (NLS) sometime
this spring or summer. Playing books from RFB&D will be possible
considerably further down the road.
