Volunteers for the IRS will again be providing help with preparing tax
returns for persons who are blind and visually impaired.  This service is
FREE! 
The volunteers are only able to prepare simple tax returns.  If you own your
own business or have more complicated tax considerations  you will need to
make other arangements. 

To register for FREE TAX RETURN ASSISTANCE with your 2009 tax returns,
please call Ho`opono at 586-5267.  Volunteers will be at Ho`opono as
follows:

                                9:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m.   (First-Come,
First-Served Basis)

                                1901 Bachelot Street 
                                Honolulu, Hawaii  96817 
                                Conference Room 
BRING:                Photo Identification Card 
                                Your Completed 2008 Tax Returns   (if you
have a copy) 
                                Any Tax Forms and information you received
in the mail. 

INFO:                Your tax returns will be filed electronically. 
                                If this is the first time you are filing
taxes,                                         please call Ho`opono or the
IRS for                                                         instructions
on other documents you will be
needing.
