ANNOUNCEMENT 

 

eye of the pacific guide dogs Foundation will be allocating a number of
I-Bill Banknote Identifiers on October 21, 2010 to eligible individuals.

 

 

This portable device has a 99% accuracy rate in identifying United States
currency in any orientation.  It is about the size of a pager and operates
on one AA battery.  

 

Legally blind residents of hawaii who are over the age of 55, or at least 18
and actively employed or 18 and a full time student in higher education may
qualify.
