Service Animal group, Deaf and Blind task force members and interested
parties,

Information from the Office of the Governor was just received that the bill
signing has been postponed. An important official who was involved with this
bill is unable to attend the public signing on that day, so another date and
time will be set for the ceremony.

You will all be notified about the new date and time for the ceremony. My
apologies for the inconvenience and thanks to all of those who responded to
my first e-mail.
