Peter Hirai from the City & County of Honolulu's Department of Emergency
Management would like responses to the following questions from individuals
who are blind or partially sighted to help with setting up a notification
system that will work for people with visual impairments.

Would you please send the questions out to your network and ask them to
respond to Peter Hirai at PHirai at honolulu.gov and to cc me at
debbra.jackson at doh.hawaii.gov? Appreciate your assistance with gathering
this information.
