To all concerned:

 

November 7th through the 14th will be a very busy week for TheBus and
Handi-Van especially the 11th-13th with road closures and heightened
security.  Attached is an article taken from Civil Beat that I thought was
pretty good.  In addition, the news is a pretty good source to keep up with
what's going on.  I would strongly recommend trying to stay out of Waikiki
from Friday to Sunday as the traffic is expected to be pretty bad taking
into account the road closures and rerouting of traffic.
