      I wanted to let you know that Senator Schatz was officially added 
as a cosponsor of S. 346 yesterday.  Please pass this great news on to 
our Hawaii Affiliate!  Senator Hirono is the only member from Hawaii 
that has not cosponsored this legislation.  Thank you for your help on
