Please distribute this email along with the WORD attachment to all those who
use the Handi-Van.  Starting July 1, those who ride the Handi-Van,
ambulatory and those who use a mobility device, will be required to use a
seatbelt and/or shoulder harness.  The failure to comply with this new
policy will result in the denial of your scheduled trip.  Mahalo!
