On Friday October 17, we will be having our 22nd Annual White Cane Walk.  It
will start at the State Capitol Rotunda and end at Iolani Palace.  There
will be legislators who will be speaking before the walk begins at 10am.
T-shirts will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.  If you
