Aloha,

The District 50 Lions are working to do more for the blind community that
just the annual Picnic, Christmas Party and World Service Day.  The District
Governor, Nadine Nishioka, who is also visually impaired, created a
committee called Knights of the Blind to work more on this area.  Sharon
Ige, a Pearl City Lion who is blind, heads this committee and will be
passing along information on other events, activities and classes for the
blind.
