Handi-Van phone system experiencing technical difficulties

 

Honolulu – The telephone system for the TheHandi-Van and TheBus is experiencing technical difficulties that began late Monday and this is having an impact on the scheduling of TheHandi-Van appointments. The city’s Department of Information Technology and the O‘ahu Transit Services information technology staff is working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.   

 

We thank riders and callers for their patience and understanding.
