Free!  For kids of all ages!

It's fun!  Exercise while you're having fun!

You don't have to know how to play  we will teach you.

You don't have to have any athletic ability - I don't.

You don't have to be in great shape - I'm not, unless you think that round
is a shape. hahaha

 

Just a reminder that there will be another session of Goal Ball games at
Klum gym, U.H. Manoa.on Sunday, February 25 from 1:30 to 3:30 pm.

Just bring yourself dressed in comfortable clothing with sneakers, and
water. If you have sleep shades, please bring those.If you do not, we will
provide. 

 

Bring your friends and family too!
