The following below is a notice that has been posted on all of TheHandi-Vans, as well as on the Oahu Transit Services (OTS) website  <http://www.thebus.org> www.thebus.org. Also, please find TheHandi-Van riders guide book in the attach, which lists the following policy on pages 41 through 42.

Attention TheHandi-Van Riders

 

PACKAGES/LUGGAGE RULES

 

Effective immediately, our operators will be enforcing the packages/luggage rules.  You may carry only two (2) small pieces of luggage or two (2) packages you are able to carry and manage by yourself.  They should be light enough for you to carry and hold on your lap or small enough that they can be placed under your seat.  If you are going shopping and anticipate carrying more than two (2) packages, other arrangements should be made.< /span>

If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Department at 456-5555, Option 3, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
