The group Citizens for a Fair Americans with Disabilities Act Ride (CFADAR) is having their quarterly meeting with Oahu Transit Services (OTS)/ TheBus and Paratransit Services (TheHandi-van), the Honolulu City’s Department of Transportation Services (DTS), at the following:
