I talked to Brett him the other day, and he sounds more energetic than he 
has for some time.  He says he has much less pain.

Brett’s back surgery was a great success.  He’s being very careful about 
lifting and standing from a squat position and some of his exercises are 
painful, but otherwise he’s doing very well.
