I want to report that we had a great trip to Washington D C.  We saw Senator 
Risch personally and staff in the other offices.  Earl Hoover and Colby and 
Kaylee Morgan went, and all did an excellent job.  All of them have much 
more to offer, and you can talk with them at state convention.

I hope you all read the Fact Sheets that we used this year.  We are trying 
to get our members of Congress to co-sponsor all three pieces of 
legislation.
