Some people just look at the document on the screen.  Where do you get color
printing for .22 a page?

Not everyone owns a color printer to do justice, that's why I asked.  There
is a printer that charges $.22 per page.

At work we do not even have a color printer, and I think the reason may be
is that one can get so many more copies from a laserjet black-white
cartridge than the inkjet, and the laser color are more expensive to
maintain, although the printers themselves are very reasonable.

Print shops charge between 70 and 80 cents per page, and many can use email
to send and receive.  It would be between 2.50 and 3 dollars each to print.
That is why we opted to do it on our own printers and electronically. I have
about ten on hand and could send you  a few.

In that case, it would be worth getting a bulk done at a print shop, then
distributing.

Try it in black and white, but check with somebody to see what it looks
like.  There are quite a few pictures of faces, so I don't know how good
they will be without color.

Correction.  I should have looked at the letter first.  As you said, will
change the name.  I did see an error in the sponsorships heading, plus will
place the page break between the letter and list of sponsorships.

I did not see the achievements attachment?

I am sending a copy of a letter requesting sponsors for the convention.
This copy is from Vickie Bateman, but anyone can replace her name with your
own.  I will also attach the NFBI Achievements.  This is a quick read
description of the NFBI and may be helpful in these requests.

Please let me or DAna know when you receive the promise to sponsor.  Harry
will let us know when he receives the checks.  Dana will need the logos or
names in time to print the convention agendas. Or she will let us know to
whom to send this information.   I am sure she will give us a deadline.

Thank you all for your help.

If anybody needs me to send the letter or the achievements to you directly,
just let me know.  That is actually something I can do.
