We are in such a great position and the perfect time window right now. I
had my personal interview with Beth and came away very positive.

It seems to me that organizing such requests would begin in the summer/fall
months of the previous year, not in the 1st 2 weeks of January. And as I
recall the agency didn't have a full time administrator, with the board
granted authority, to make such decisions between June and December 2015...
I'm certain that the upper management are aware of the needs, and even want
the same changes, but the conditions for making such requests just isn't
right this January.
Now is a perfect time for the Federation and agency to work together for the
future of the agency, to get to know the new administrator and her to get to
know the federation! She has been at ICBVI 2 weeks. Not enough time for
staff in Boise to get to know her, let alone regional staff, or consumers,
but in my, be it limited, time with her, she's a life long learner and she
wants to learn from the federation.
Lets be good, kind, compassionate, passionate, patient and all the other
adjectives you might use to describe a good teacher...
She will be at the lunchen...
If you have other ideas of how she can help you get to know her, suggestions
for how communication can be more transparent, the lunchen may be a good
chance to introduce yourself and let her know...
