[Nfb-idaho] Update Regarding Open Mike Event for Friday Night of State Convention

Hellow, Everyone.
This is Chris Jones of the Central Idaho Chapter.  I am writing once again to recruit any additional folks who wish to share their talents with us.  I have heard that the Palouse Chapter will have several able participants, and I know of a few from Treasure Valley Chapter.  I would like to see more participation from all over the state.
