[Nfb-idaho] Nfb-idaho Digest, Vol 123, Issue 15

Under WIOA rules, IESDB and ICBVI must by law set up a "networking" format. This has been done. I see the importance for us (NFBI) to also be in the network, but I'm not sure what form a resolution arranging that end would take. I would suggest that instead of a resolution, we, as a group, "resolve" to become more involved in the workings of these agencies, therefore becoming part of their networks. Al Schneider

I have an idea, and I understand the format, but getting the thoughts together is another thing.

This resolution would have to do with opening up relations between ICBVI, IESDB, and the NFB, and ensuring that the top people in each organization make sure the conduit among the organizations is ongoing among teachers, counselors, etc.

That's the idea anyway. Thanks for serving in your capacity on the resolutions committee.

Judy

Good evening everyone,

State convention is only 4 weeks away. If you have any resolutions that you would like to be considered by the convention please email them to me as soon as possible.
Likewise, if you have any ideas for a resolution please contact me and we can talk about how to put them in proper format.

Remember resolutions are adopted by the voice of the Convention and can help to create policy and direction for the state affiliate. Resolutions can be for many different reasons A call to action by a person or organization, A commendation to a person or organization, four example.

I look forward to receiving your resolutions and talking with you about your ideas.

Thanks.

Mike

I thought, until last night, that it was up on the web site. Counselors will need this in order to get their students signed up.

Thanks very much.

Hi To All,

I hope this is okay, in case it helps someone fill out the form. The
original, of course is great.

Just for fun, what I did on this one is to create edit fields and checkboxes
to fill out. All you have to do is to tab through and fill in your info. I
wanted to try it out of curiosity, so let me know what you all think. See
attached.

Thanks.

Judy
