[Nfb-idaho] Washington set to swear in 1st blind lieutenant governor

Chris Jones here.  I could certainly be mistaken, but it seems to me that
New York State had a blind Lieutenant Governor some years back with the last
name ofDavid Patterson.  This article is great information.
