I believe David Paterson was a supreme Court justice in New York. I also
think he was a speaker at a national convention more than fifteen years ago.

Chris Jones here.  I could certainly be mistaken, but it seems to me that
New York State had a blind Lieutenant Governor some years back with the last
name ofDavid Patterson.  This article is great information.
