[Nfb-idaho] Washington set to swear in 1st blind lieutenant governor

sean, you do good research. Now we know who can answer all sorts of questions. LOL! But I have not been able to open the story about Washington's new Lieutenant Governor. What is his name? Do we know about his background? It is probably in the story.
