[Nfb-idaho] Washington set to swear in 1st blind lieutenant governor

Thank you, Vickie. I finally got to it on my iphone. I think he went to the high school where my daughter now teaches, but he was there before she was. I also think our Washington people know him, but not sure how helpful he has been in Legislature. Maybe Nfbw Pres., Marci Carpenter, can tell us more.
