[Nfb-idaho] resolution proposal

I am thinking about writing a resolution about getting election information
on Newsline before elections.  Does anybody know who prepares this
information for cities and counties?  I think it is Secretary of State for
state contests.  Boise has an elections office, but don't know whether that
is true in all cities and/or counties. Does anybody have more info?
