[Nfb-idaho] Another successful Cycle for Independence

It really was a fantastic day.  At my #3 water stop, I had steady business 
for about 2 hours starting at 9:30.  All the riders ware in a great mood 
telling me that our bike ride is the best!  Yes, thank you to all the 
volunteers, all played a major role in the success!
