[Nfb-idaho] Now you can toggle to high contrast on NFB Idaho website

Hi Friends,

Last night on the communications conference call Dana asked bout the
possiblility of somehow making the website high contrast. As most people
that prefer high contrast use assistive software or built in features on
their operating system, and formating the website for high contrast for
everyone is problematic for aesthetics and congruency with branding, I
hadn't considered exploring that possibility.

After a fair bit of research and some effort configuring some code, we now
have the ability to toggle from normal view to high contrast on our
affiliate website. You will find a circle on the left side of the web page
that is half white and half black. Simply click on that circle to togglle
between normal view and high contrast view.
